First off let me say, there are some vinyl graphics that HATE having anything done to them. I think it depends on the company that made them. So be gentle.
Using a machine is not worth the possible damage that can occur. So, try using an AOI (like A-12, Cleaner/Wax) with a foam applicator on just the water spots.
Hope this makes sense, can't seem to get the mind and fingers to work together this morning...
