    Ok,going with the pro-cut!

    this a first step pro-cut compound,this is for a boat above the rub rail,boat is 25 years old not bad condition but,the top whit dull as hell,so start with the pro-cut with a polishing pad fisrt then go to a say more agressive pad if it does not come off?
