  • RV Detailing?

    Hello guys,
I have a 27 foot Safari airstream and I need to have it wash & wax what would something like that cost? I was told detailers charge per liner foot what does that mean?

    Thanks,
    Daniel

Basically that would be 27 times how many dollars per foot they charge.

Means they charge $x per foot of the RV. So a 27' RV would be 27 times that number. Sorry but I'm not sure what the typical rate is per foot.

      P.S. I really miss my Silverado SS, I had a 2004. I'm guessing you have a 2003?

With all that vertical rotary work and up/down the ladder, _ALL_ day long. I'm tired, just thinking about it. I must rest now.

              That sounds really low...

I think other detailers have posted they charge around $25.00 to $35.00 a foot for a quality detail job.

I think Airstreams come with some kind of clear coating on them to keep the aluminum from oxidizing, some people have this clear removed and then have the aluminum polished to look like a mirror.

If an Airstream still has the clear coating then whoever's doing the detailing has to keep this in mind and us the appropriate products.
