  • I got bored today so I detailed...

    my toolbox!
I just hosed it down a bit.
Cleaned it up using Medallion Premium Paint Cleaner.
    Topped it off with #21.
Even used Hyper Dressing on the rubber wheels and handle.
I think this means I'm crazy...

A couple bad pictures. If the pictures seem kind of ridiculous thats because I intended to photograph the box the way I would a car, thats why its outside and shot at different angles. I was just fooling around.

I didn't get much sun so the pictures aren't that great.

When did Snap-On start making boxes in lime green?

Its a special edition color. I got it over a year ago. Its a pretty rare color, you won't find it listed in catalogs or online. I even worked for Snap-on for nearly a year (after I got this box) and only saw one other box with that color.

No sun shots to show existance/non-existance of swirl?

I think you are hiding something here.

          There actually aren't many swirls.

Even if there were significant amount of them, I'd have to be pretty obsessed to bust out the #80 on it!

I'm not sure OBSESSED is the word one should use when one details a tool box?

I was going to say that Snap-on boxes cost more than some used cars and so why not protect your investment.

Did you use metal polish on the tools inside?

Do you ride a Kawasaki motorcycle?

Nah, no metal polish. I should use it for the polished marr-guards and the edges, but I don't have any lying around.

No motorcycle, either. I just picked this color cause it was different.
