First time poster. have used Mequiar's products many times. So I thought I would post up todays work done on our Accord. Better known as the Granny Express. Car is a daily driver that get atleast 100 miles aday put on it. Wife uses it to haul grandchildren around in. Its my excuse to get a new Si.

The car is kept clean. Theres a tad of cobb webb in it. But the paints sooo orange pealed that its really not worth messing with. Yet another excuse for Si.

So today the car was attacked with a very cheap wal-mart 6" orbital buffer with cheapo yellow pads found on the sale rack at said wal-mart. For under $30.00 with a shoping bag full of pads it cant be beat.

I used the following on the car today

    Meguiar's
Deep Crystal Car Wash > Gets the job done
Deep Crystal System Polish > I like this stuff
Gold Class Clear Coat Car Wax Liq. > Not really Impressed. Not worth the money over the standard System Liq. Wax IMO.
    Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditinor > Great Stuff!!
Clay Magic > Its clay, what can be said.
    Microfiber and terry cloth towels.

Looks good, but it is the wrong order, if that is how you used it.

Just to make sure, the proper order is:

      1. Wash
      2. Clay
      3. Clean
      4. Polish
      5. Wax

      Then trim, tire, etc.

Accord looks really nice.. You stated that the Gold Class liquid isn't worth the money.. Have you tried the Nxt Tech Wax.. I really love the results that I receive when I use 21 followed by Nxt.. I typically wait 12 - 24 hours before applying the Nxt wax, but this combination IMO is knockout.. The durability from the 21, and the deep rich gloss look of the Nxt is remarkable... Make sure you try NXT, if you haven't already..

          I love them both though
          Wash, Polish, Wax...Just Do IT!
