Fiat, 1974 1800 124 Sport, Bound For Mecum Auction

This cute little thing was going to auction today. I was in desperate need of some love.
When dealing with an older car you have to be a little careful do to the fact that the plastic is brittle, seals are not tight and things will just break if you don't pay attention.
Luckily all the vinyl was replaced so getting that to look good wasn't a problem.
The paint was a single stage and also the engine bay needed detailing too.

Not to shinny and looking all sad




Oh the poor top. I love making convertible tops look good!


The engine bay needed a lot of attention but my time was limited so I did what I could






Carpet had never been cleaned and luckily the floor carpet came out.


The vinyl was all "dryed out", Natural Shine to the rescue.






Trunk wasn't up to code either


All done! It was overcast so no real pop










Top is now much better and looks new


Engine was gently cleaned and sprayed with Hyper dressing to brighten it up




Natural Shine made the interior look new again




Carpets all cleaned up




Trunk all detailed up and the Cockpit covers cleaned and shined










Pininfarina body!

Thanks Evan, I barely caught it being sold as I was at work, looked at my phone and seen it being sold.
Kinda cool, and it looked great!
