  • Challenger New? Car Prep-N-Polish

This car came from Nebraska via Arizona where they did donuts in it?
It was just a mess with only a few hundred miles on it. Also it just came out of the body shop, I don't know what they did, my customer was in a hurry to get to work. So I didn't know exactly what the problems were.
This is a repeat customer and he wanted it all shined up and ready for date night tonight.

    Washed with Meg's Hyper Wash
Speedy Prep Wash Mit for decontamination
M205, 6" DAMF Cutting Disk on a Bigfoot for the correction on the bigger panels and a G100 with a 3" DAMF pad for the trunk and bumper.
M66 Quick Detailer on a Rupes Yellow pad with the Bigfoot for the wax and light correction of the other panels.
Meg's D156 on the windows and rims
Hyper Dressing on the tires, WW and rocker panels
Meg's Plastic & Trim Spray for the grill, hood vents and cowling

Here are the pics before I got my mits on her

I don't know exactly what's going on here but washing and claying didn't get rid of this crud

How do you do this to a car?

Don't forget to kick the **** out of door as you get out!

They used a new terry towel to clean the door?

After washing and claying some defects made there appearance.
Is that a cup ring? Gesh, dealers, just put your cup on the trunk nothing will happen.

Here's the "whatever" on the whole rear end. I rubbed my finger on it and it did nothing, so polishing was on the menu.

This is a popular car around these here parts

My old G100 is now my dedicated 3" DA. with my PC Guard it looks good!
Meg's M205 and a 3" DAMF pad worked great on the bumper.

The rest of the car got the Bigfoot and M66.

After a few hours of rubbing all over this sexy beast it was done

    That's a mean look

Great job Mario! That's a big difference! You can now see the shine and luster of the paint.

      Was the customer blown away?

Wait are those rims chrome or did you polish the heck out of them? LOL. I swear they didn't look chrome at all. How happy was the customer?

After I made the post I said the same thing about the rims!!! Too funny.

The customer loved it, he's a repeat customer so he wasn't blown away he expected it to be beautiful so he was very happy and now could love his car.
He only had the car a few days and didn't want to drive it until it was touched by Super Mario.

Here's a pic right after I power washed the Wheel Brightner off.
That's why I love WB!!! Spray and spray [with water]
I didn't think anyone would care but these rims are getting some attention!

Bro! How did you polish that cool 60's floral pattern into the paint?

Could you put that on mine? LOL

Awesome work, Mario! A Challenger should never be allowed to look like that. In addition to a another job well done, you have performed an automotive public service! :
