  • My New Nissan Micra 1.2 cvt

I bought this car second hand when 6600 km for my wife and after purchasing i did Carpex polishing wax which is non abrasive and plus i cover it with lots of Meguiars UQW.

I am not sure about the wheels as black in stock will take care of it afterwards.

Nice, sub-compact cars these days look nice, many look aggressive. Nice detail, steels usually have hub caps (many are made of plastic nowadays), as for your black steel rims, hot shine all wheel and tire cleaner should fit in nicely. After rinsing and drying, you can just apply the same wax you applied on your car. For the hubcaps, basically the same. Carwash, dry, remove any contaminants/tar, dry, apply wax. For the wheels, Gold Class endurance gel. But from the pics, your wheels and tires look fine

The shine on your Nissan looks fantastic! The black wheels don't look bad at all with the red paint and other black trim on the car. As for deciding between M26 and M21, from the perspective of how each will look on this color that's really a personal preference, but from the standpoint of durability and protection, M21 will outperform M26. That's because M21 is a fully synthetic polymer sealant while M26 is a premium carnauba, and synthetics are simply more durable than carnaubas. Both are very nice waxes so it really does come down to personal preference.

I've never heard of that before. Is it a new model?

            Nice shine on the Micra!

But IMO it needs rims, or at least hubcaps.

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Nissan has been building the Micra for several years, they just don't sell it in the US. Top Gear mentions the Micra pretty regularly though and has shown the small two door convertible on a number of episodes.

                  Hi Guys,

Here i am sharing the cars latest pics after 2 years . The car is so good in city driving and so easy to drive with CVT automatic gear. Now we have scratches deep and light over all. Already purchased Liquid Gold Wax but the car needs to be clayed and the light scratches has to go before waxing. For the light scratches i have tried by hand some products but not succeded. On the sunshine every little scratch comes back.

                    Still looks good!

What products have you tried for removing the scratches? It's going to be hard work by hand, and you still may not get them all out.

Can you get yourself a DA polisher, or at least borow one?

Thanks for comment ,Next week i will be visiting my friend who ownes a detailer shop and we will try there with his polisher as he uses Meguiars products. But not sure about which product is good to remove light scratches especially in the night time its more visible under the light.

Yesterday night after work we started with removing water spots on the back and front seats , we did it with Microfiber towel and Meguiars APC .The result is perfect.I recommend it .The important point is not to focus on directly spots but to wipe all the area in one time.

Well, if he is a detailer, he should know to start with the least aggressive method first.

We can't tell you which product will work on your car, because there are so many variables, such as hardness of the paint, severity of the defects, what you're trying to achieve etc etc.

That's why a test spot is so important. Start with a test spot with something mild like UP. If that doesn't work, you could try UC...
