My wheels were also swirled to hell. The first owner of this car probably took it to the car wash all the time. I decided to also correct the wheels.



You guys want to know how great Meguiar's products work?!?! I kept on rubbing my Ultimate Compound on my wheels and it turned it to gold!!!

How come my wheels didn't turn gold!?!? lol
Just plain awesome!

I don't have M81, but I do have M80 and M83. I wonder how one of those would work mixed with M205?

How about M07? Both M81 and M07 are pure polishes so M07 should be the closest product. If you don't have that either then I would try M80. I just don't know if it will work or not hehehe!

I'll be driving around these all the time. I don't DD this car - it's just used in the weekends. But the tires are track tires. They are Toyo Proxes R888.

This is my opinion on the Rupes:

All I can say is that Rupes = effortless detailing. This tool will literally make you see swirls melting away. You also require very minimal pressure to achieve good results. I like it a lot. If I was a professional, I'd buy another one as a backup. It is that good. I'll be writing a review on it in the future. I still need to work on another car for the review.

The Rupes is not forced rotation like the Flex 3401. It's just like your standard DAs (G110v2, GG6 or PC7424XP). The difference is the larger 15mm or 21mm throw as opposed to the 8mm your traditional DA has.
