    2004 Audi S4

I wash this one weekly and in the past the paint was in pretty good condition. Unfortunately I think the owner dragged the car cover around pretty bad last time it was put on. There was a lot of added marring/swirling. Overall though, the vehicle was in nice shape. Final processes:

    -QEW
    -Spot Clay
-Meguiar's #83 via rotary and cutting pad @ 1500 rpm to remove some R.I.D.S.
-Meguiar's #80 via rotary and polishing pad @ 1200 rpm
-Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax via rotary and polishing pad @ 900 rpm (single pass, almost no pressure)

    -Meguiar's APC (6:1) to clean wheels/tires/wells
    -BnB to dress

    Before

    After

    Enjoy!

Nice car & a nice job done also. That car looks awsome! The meguiars NXT is great, I love how much darker and richer the paint looks.

Looks great, but then again, your work always does.

              Outstanding work!

Question: What differences do you notice when applying NXT via a polishing pad, versus using a finishing pad?

                Sean, good job as usual.

RC, I have noticed that Tech Wax has a slight polishing effect when applied with the PC and a polishing pad. This works well when there are time constraints and even makes a 2 step look like you spent all day doing it.

Your detailing work makes me want to buy a rotary and get to practicing! I want those results, too!

Awsome. AUDI paint is out of my league. That silver color is wicked. Looks like you were working with some sun, any issues with the NXT in sunlight?

No ill effects with NXT in the sun. It wasn't that hot out either though.

Sometimes it still amazes me what Meguiars can do for a car. Looking at the first pic I thought, "that car looks nice, the after picture can't be that dramatic." Then I saw picture 2 and ZING - WOW!

                              Great job!
