  • $200,000 GTR Race car with 1250 horses!!!

So this race car was kept at the race shop and the customer now wanted the car at home in Vegas.
So I was called to shine it up for delivery the next day.
Unfortunately I only had a few hours to clean this up. It needed more then that but I did my best with the time I had.

The paint was all scratched up 205 cleaned it up quickly

And they removed the stickers but not the residue. Tarmanator took it off with ease

Here are the after pics. I used 66 to clean up the paint some more and my customer loved it

    the bad, bad engine

I thought the GT-R has that self fixing paint? Did this one have it? And if so what did you do to avoid any issues?
I love the license plate. Well I love the whole car. I thought 400 HP was enough, 1200+ is crazy.

^^^ no problems what so ever. This was a light polish with 205, mf cutting/finishing pad and 66 on yellow foam as the lsp.
I'm sure if I would have gotten more into correcting it fully there might have been problems.
But I only had a few hours to work on it
And 1200 hp for a race car is needed to win!!!! lol

I stoped by the shop today to see how the customer liked my detail.
I guess they liked it, they put it in the SEMA SHOW!
And found out they had pics taken that night
also I found a video of the car hauling some butt!http://youtu.be/TaWNdFVlz5A

Here are the shoots from the night I detailed it:

          And the SEMA show:
