  • Chaparral Deck Boat - Full Deetail

It has been awhile since I have posted on here but I wanted to share this job with everyone. A storage customer of mine wanted his boat detailed which had been sitting outside for about 2 years. As you can see the whole boat was oxidized and needed major repair.

    Here was our process:

-Removed all badges and random stickers
-Wet sanded where the badges were with 1500g by hand
-One pass with Meguiar's Diamond Cut w/ rotary and wool pad(1200rpm)
-One pass with Meguiar's Pure Polish w/ DA and yellow polishing pad(speed 4)
-Finished it off with one pass of Meguiar's Marine Wax w/ DA and black finishing pad(speed 2)

We also polished and waxed the entire interior as well. Took a few days working on it here and there at the shop but turned out great and the customer was very happy.

    Take a look....
