I had a customer come by who was wanting to see if I could do anything with his paint. He had already seen 2 other detailers who told him he needed to repaint his hood. So, I did a test spot to make sure it would come out to his satisfaction in which it did. He was then afraid that the stains would come back so after 2 weeks or so of driving around with his test spot that I did it still looked great so he decided to proceed with the rest of the car.
Here is the car as it was delivered. The test spot still visible on the hood.
The headlights also needed some help

So I proceed to give the car a good wash
Not too bad on the test spot

Holograms visible. I had to be careful on the hood because I wasn't sure how much paint the previous detailers removed.
I think the previous detailer wanted to leave his initials

After I did half of the hood I took the car out to the sun to check on the progress
