Last Saturday, I had a pearl white 2009 Toyota Highlander Limited Hybrid scheduled for a full in and out, paint decontamination and wax. Almost 103 000 km on the clock, was dirty and needed to be cleaned, but the paint was not too bad.
Almost the same process as the 2011 Equinox I did last week-end.
Inside :
Vacuum
Plastics and seats cleaned with APC+ and warm water
Carpet shampooed with APC+ and warm water
Windows cleaned with Perfect Clarity Glass Cleaner
Plastics and seats dressed with Quick Interior Detailer (from the Detailer line) as the owner didn't want any shine
Outside :
Washed rims, tires and wells with APC, Wheel Brightener and Gold Class soap
I used a stuff called Liquid Fall Out Remover by Body Pro (house brand of NAPA) to take care of all the orange dots. And there were a lot !!! This stuff works really well. You spray, let soak for like 5 minutes, they you go with an old wash mitt and the dots are removed with no effort.
I then clayed with Riccardo Yellow Clay and Last Touch (1/1)
Rewashed with Gold Class
Dried with an Absorber and Water Magnet
Door jambs wiped with Last Touch
Waxed with D301 Finishing Wax on a green LC pad
ASD on tires and trims
Xpress Synthetic Wax on the paint and windows as a final wipe just before the owners arrived as a final wipe.
The owners were very happy and they ended giving me considerably more $$$ than I asked for.
Before :
Don't look too bad on the pictures, but the car has not been washed in a few months and the paint was rather dull.

Bugs !

Interior was not too bad.

After :

No more bugs !
