The owner requested just a shine as he wished to take some photos before possibly selling the car. No corrective work performed. Used M205 for shine and Ultimate Polish to get some oils prior to waxing with Gold Class Carnauba Plus Liquid.
Car was marginally dirty, some water spots, mild dust and of course, bugs.

I picked a line across the bottom of the car and below that line I polished and then waxed with Ultimate Wax the first day of the project. T he second day I waxed the entire car going over the Ultimate Wax with Gold Class. Although just for shine and show, as long as it was on the hoist I'd give it a shot of of Ultimate Wax.

Stainless steel exhaust tips were polished a couple of times. Once just them and then every time I polished the body above them. Tight fit between the tips and body.

And of course, the money shots:

Owner said if you can read the serial numbers in the reflection you have a good shine.

Ultimate Wash and Wax Anywhere has become my "go to" bug removal tool. I spray heavily, wipe gently and spray again, wipe again and the bugs usually come right off. Having a hoist available makes the task much easier on a low lying Corvette. I Ultimate Washed the entire front end of the car and quick detailed with dilute Last Touch the remainder of the car to remove the dust before polishing.
While on the rack, I polished the stainless steel exhaust tips, polished the rims and wiped down the tires with Endurance liquid. Wheels wells were wiped down with Last Touch. The rubber lip under the front nose was cleaned and wiped down with Ultimate Black.
I tried to pick a body line on the lower section of the car and below which I polished with a yellow pad and M205 running at speed 5.5 on a PC, followed with a black pad and Ultimate Polish running at speed 4. After which I laid down a layer of Ultimate Wax. Door jambs were also coated with Ultimate Wax.
Lowered the car off the hoist and then above the lower body line everything was gone over with M205, Ultimate Polish and then finally Gold Class Carnauba Plus. The lower Ultimate Wax area was done the first day, so there was a 12-14 hour cure time before coating with Gold Class.
Glass was cleaned with the last of my gift pack bottles of Perfect Clarity. Very quickly wiped off the motor, under side of the hood and trunk lid with Last Touch, cleaned the carpets with Quik Out. The interior doors and dash were also quickly wiped down with Interior Quik Detailer. The vinyl on the mats was wiped with Ultimate Black.
I had some difficulty with the wax. I believe temperature and humidity inside the shop extended the drying time. I usually trim out with a hand applicator and then switch to a 4" black pad on a PC running at speed 3 to wax. However, once I got started with the hand work, I just kept going and did the roof, hood, trunk lid, rear end, and all quarter panels by hand. I laid down the wax just before lunch and came back an hour later and wax was not ready to be removed. Did the engine and all interior work and by then the machine applied wax was ready to be buffed off. The wax on the hood just did not want to set up. I'd applied it too thick. I would wipe and wipe and wipe and still residue. So I tidied up the shop for yet another hour and wax still not ready to be buffed off. Took a drive around town and came back and four hours after putting down the wax it finally buffed off. I advised the owner the wax maybe a little smeary if the drove around in the sun the next day. We did find a couple of smears during the photo session that I wiped off with a shot of Ultimate Quik Detailer and a Supreme Shine towel.
Things I wish I'd done differently:
I didn't flip up the headlights until I had finished waxing. They were encrusted with bugs. Luckily they are glass lamps so they cleaned easily.
Less wax, thinner coat. Machine applied was fine, but heavy, hand applied coat did not want to dry.
Include an audio clip of the exhaust notes....sweet.
