  • Cadillac Escalade... 2010 I think?

Hey guys. Figured I'd post this one up. Boy I'll tell you what, word of mouth is really getting my name around super quick all of a sudden.

    Wash
    Clay
    ColorX
    Ultimate Paste Wax
Turtle Wax Spray Wax or whatever it is on the windows inside and out
BlackMagic Tire Shine for the tires

    Vacuumed interior
    Washed Floor Mats
    Wiped down interior

This thing was quite a disaster, with loads of tar and stuff on it. For some reason there were outlines in random spots on the vehicle that appeared to be from scotch tape. I even pulled some tape off of the hood. Not sure what that was on there for, maybe they hung signs on the outside of it at some point?? Probably pulled up like $10.00 in change off the carpet too. This was definitely a much needed clean up. It isn't perfect, but it is definitely a lot cleaner.

PLEASE RECOMMEND ME SOME "MUST HAVE" INTERIOR CLEANING/PROTECTANT PRODUCTS!!

APC+ is my must have product. I use it all over on the interiors, even on leather.

Absoltely one of the APC's. Dressing is kind of up to you. #40 is good in bulk.

Definitely APC (at least a gallon) and brushes.
Does that paint have a little bit of pink to it?

I would pick up a gallon of APC Plus.

Good question. The more I look at the pictures, the more i notice just a hint of it. I'm not even sure what the color actually is...

So since everyone is saying APC+, ill have to get that. How are you guys applying it? Spraying on a rag of some sort or directly to interior surfaces? Terry cloth? Microfiber?

What about the dressing as far as applying it? Foam applicator pad? Do you limit the dressing to the dashboard or do you do the door panels and stuff too?

I've still got so much to learn with cleaning dirty interiors and still have much room for improvement....

With APC/+, you would do what is needed. Usually will spray on cloth, but sometimes something may need soaked a little. Or I'll just spray right on if there is a big open area that wont overspray. MF or terry cloths are fine.. brushes can help with carpets.

Kind of the same for dressings... Usually on MF cloth, sometimes right onto the surface if a big open area.

I try to do most everything with the dressing.

Just the first before/after shots of the exterior tell a huge story here. Yes, the lighting angle is different because of the different times of day the pix were taken, but the difference in pop, clarity and reflection is just remarkable! Nice work!
