My first time with new Meguiars DA

Not a lot of pics went to the dragstrip Saturday which means all work was done on Sunday.

2012 Grabber blue Mustang was not bad to start with but thanks to this website and some others I noticed every little swirl mark, I can't look at a car now with out noticing them.

My first time with a DA products used

Washed 2 bucket Gold class
clay meguiars and last touch 1.1 lube
Swirl X yellow soft buff bad speed 5
UP black finishing pad
Then M21 black finishing pad.

Used what I learned from videos and post here, youtube, autogeek, adams forums and junkman videos.

First pic SwirlX and UP no wax also all cell phone pics.

Nice work!
I had similar results too and I learn all my stuff from MOL & some youtube vids....I currently have a GG6 & GG3 DA......my new G110V2 will arrive in a few days!!

Ordered more pads from ADS but noticed some new swirls today after last night Wednesday wash guess i need to stop being cheap and buy some new mitts.

Sometimes after a wash any swirls you missed may start to re-appear also. But yeah, the best washing tools/products, etc will only help.

Its my wife daily driver and i have my moms car for a full detail this weekend then i plan on doing a detail on the Mustang and will add whole car pics then.

Once i get to cleaning i get in a rhythm and im slow so taking a lot of pics is hard and time consuming. I almost dont post pics because i dont have the time and skills to do a pic and write up that look as good as some threads here, but i have to show my work somewhere and since I learned a lot reading here i figure it was a good place.

I been neglecting the Mustang so it got cleaned up this weekend had some water spots from all the rain this week.

Washed

UP on yellow pad
UP black pad
ULW black pad

Woke up bored this morning and topped the ULW with a sample I got of No. 845. All trim got Ultimate Protection, sorry for the cell phone pics.
