Cleaned up this zo6 and truck this past weekend. After having my PC take a dump on me during the compounding stage, I had to return with another the next day as I was about 50 miles from home. Returned the following morning and knocked them out.

    Washed with ONR.
    Jams cleaned with ONR.
Clayed with ONR as lube and clay magic fine clay.
Wheel barrels, calipers, and wheel wells cleaned with APC, ONR and various brushes.
Meguiars D300 and a 5" cutting disk was used to correct the majority of the car.
Some panels required M105 coupled with D300 on a 5" cutting disk to remove some of the sever water spots etched into the clear.
Meguiars D301 and a polishing disk was followed up.
Sealed with Wolfgang Fuzion Wax by hand.
Glass cleaned and treated with Stoners invisible glass.
Trim/and tires dressed with ShowRoom FX White Pearl.
Rubber seals cleaned and conditioned with Meguiars M40.
Wheel wells treated with Chemical Guys Bare Bones Undercarriage Spray.
Exhaust Tips polished with Green Magic polish.
No pictures of the interior but, wiped clean with Meguiars Quick Interior Detailer and various microfibers/brushes for the crevices, and vacuumed.

Washed with ONR since it was slightly dusty:

All emblems were cleaned with Optimum no rinse and a boars hair detail brush to get into the tight crevices:

Lower fender clayed to remove embedded contaminants and fall out:

All masked off ready for correction:

    Front fender after:

Hood before correction, notice the swirls and hard water spots etched into the clear:

    All gone:

    And after:

50/50 shot of the bumper. Left side uncorrected:

    And the whole thing corrected:

    After:

    Driver side door before:

    And after:

Rear deck lid had a good amount of swirling/random scratches and some heavily etched water spots. This section took around 5 passes to remove with D300 and M105 combined on a cutting disk:

    After the above process:

    And the afters outside:

Hand washed with Meguiars Hyper Wash.
Clayed with ONR as lube and Clay Magic fine clay.
Dressed all rubber/trim with ShowRoom FX White Pearl.
Rubber seals cleaned and conditions with Meguiars M40.
Interior clean out/vacuum/wipe down with Meguiars Quick Interior Detailer and various microfibers/detail brush for crevices.
Waxed with Meguiars D301 and a 5" polishing disk.

Not many pictures since I was pressed for time and on my way to another detail but wanted to ensure I left these vehicles how they were suppposed to look.

Great job on your details! The Z06 is looking sick!

Vette's are notoriously known for having hard clear coat. Did the D300/cutting disc combo take out the swirls with ease (1 section pass)? How do you like the fuzion?

Thanks, Marc! I will admit...one of my favorite cars bar none! The clear was definitely tough but the MF system did a fine job leveling down the imperfections and leaving a refined finish. Some of the sections were a little tougher with the etched water spots and M105 was needed for some added cut. Most of the panels were done in 2 to 3 passes or so, but some required a little more...mainly towards the rear of the car/deck lid. I had planned on following up with M205 and a black LC pad but once I did a test spot with the D301 and a polishing disk, I deemed the results worth enough for what the customer was wanting. (He gave me an open budget to play with and this actually saved him a little bit of money) He was extremely happy as was I with the results.

As far as the Wolfgang Fuzion, I love this stuff. Super easy to apply and remove and the smell is pleasant! It gives the finish a warm vibrant 'pop' and adds depth to the paint for that wet look.
