As a continuance to my post about correcting the hood of my mother's car I decided to do the entire vehicle. The color is called Crystal Grey but to me it just looked like Blah Grey. I really don't like grey or silver at all but it actually came out quite well. So here's my process:
1. Sprayed down with APC+ 10:1
2. Washed with Gold Class
3. Clayed while washing (Thank you Nick!) with ONR mixture.
4. Rewashed with Ultimate Wash & Wax
5. Compounded with Ultimate Compound on DA at speed 5
6. Sealed with Ultimate Wax (Ultimate Polish was not necessary since the UC did such a fantastic job)
I also wet sanded some deeper scratches with 3000 grit sandpaper.
Total time was 4 hrs.
On with the pics!!!!
Before:

Hazed headlights

That spot in the middle of the pic is a scuff/scratch:

A nasty deep scratch:

My cheapo soap gun:

During:

The clay bar after just doing 1/4 of the roof!!!

After washing:

The deep scratch during repair:

And after wet sanding and compounding with UC:

From about 3 feet away now. Invisible:

Afters:
From the front (sorry for the lousy pics but the weather turned for the worse)

Headlights all cleared up:

Reflection on driver's side:

The hood:

And just as I finished with the paint, it started raining so I wasn't able to do the interior or much of the trim. I quick wiped down the front and rear bumpers with UW (yes you read that right) and it came out really nicely. So here's a pic of UW doing what it does best!

Thanks for looking!!!
