I buddy of mine recently bought this Jeep who said the previous owner never washed nor waxed it. I kinda understand the "it's a Jeep" mentality of really not keeping it sparkling like new, but to never wax it is not that smart. There are areas of clear coat failure all over the hood so I had to tread lightly to avoid incurring more damage. I went old school with this one and used M83 followed by M80 and then a coat of Gold Class wax. The wheel fenders were horrible and I was pleasantly surprised that some APC did most of the trick - although I did end it using my G110 with a finishing pad with some APC and that helped speed up the process. Followed up on the fenders with a coat of Ultimate Protectant. It's not completely finished yet, but a pretty good improvement for a few hours of work today. The new owner is very happy with the outcome thus far!
