    2010 Nissan Maxima SV detailed

    Hey all, I haven't posted a car in quite a while. This is my DD. It needed some serious love. I apologize for no before pics, but I'm thrilled with the afters. This was my process. Steps 3, 4, and 5 were done via Porter Cable 7424 and various LC Pads.

    1. Wash with Wash and Wax
    2. Clay
    3. Ultimate Compound
    4. #7 Show Car Glaze
    5. Ultimate Liquid Wax (which I've fallen in love with btw)

    Like I said, I only have some after shots.











    And now some reflection shots.

        Thanks guys! I wish I would have taken before shots. The before and after difference was truly a thing of beauty. That ULW really deepens the color as advertised. I love it!

              Thanks! The new Ultimate is just that, Ultimate! I love it. As I was working with it I could see my blue getting darker as I was applying. I think I have a new favorite!

                      Great job Marc, the car looks fantastic

                      Sounds like you really love UW. Just out of interest, did you apply it to the whole car, let it haze, then buff off; or did you use the WOWO method?

                        davey - after reading some posts about the different methods used with ULW and some of the problems people were having I decided to start going section by section. Put on, take off. I realized that, for me, I had no problems and proceeded to do the entire car, let it haze, then remove. I did notice that it really is key to do two or more passes to ensure even coverage or you will end up spotty. Again, this goes back to reading the bottle and following directions! And yes, I really do love UW!
