  • Cleaned the fiance's car up

Its been about over a month since I got to clean her new car up. I let her take ol' Red to work as I washed her car up. Started with a nice wash with Meguiars Deep Crystal wash, followed by a drying twice, then waxed it with Auto Glym High Definition Wax, then vacuumed and conditioned all the leather seats with Meguiar's Leather Cleaner and conditioner and detailed interior with Meguiar's Natural Shine. Then shined the tires with tire shine (cars are the only thing I use tire shine on). Turned out pretty nice! Man it was dirty:

Dirty on the left, clean on the right:

    right after just washing it:

    the wax (good ****)

    All done:

I wanted to wash it in driveway, but I have a small leak in the spigot that I have to fix this week. But this way I could pull under the shade tree to wax and vacuum.

The white paint is gleaming! Great job!

I loved the AGHD. It went on extremely well and came off really nice without leaving powder everwhere. forgive me but I like it better than NXT, but I dont know how it compares to Ultimate. First wax ive ever applied where you keep your applicator moist (kept a bowl of water nearby). I got it at Walmart for $10. it usually runs $35. Im stocking up on it lol

Nice results, the white really pops.
I remember when I was younger my uncle had a green bottle of Turtle Wax that the notice said to apply with a wet towel. For him, it was THE wax... That must be 15-20 years ago.

Yeah it does! Its actually a White Platinum Tricoat, so its a pearl white which is why it "pops" so much

I wish I can get AGHD for $10... The Walmarts in my area have the product gone when it was at $20.
