  • The European Job!!

Hi Guys, did a little bit of a clean on my wife's new Citroen C4 1.6T 150. Must say Im really impressed with the results! Thanks to Mike for all the advice, think the car came out great

All work seen in these photos were done by hand!

    Products involved obviously all Meguiars!
    0. Wash (didnt use my NXT wash, had some Soft Wash Gel left that I used)

    1. Clay

    2. Ultimate Compound

    3. Polish Compound

    4. Gold Class Carnauba

(Thought about adding a layer of NXT 2.0 before the Carnauba but decided to sacrifice some longevity for a nice deep finish - next round i will add some NXT tech 2.0)

    Trim:

    Wheels:

    Tires:

Now looking at the before photo's, bear in mind this car is brand new and at this point in time hasnt even done 200miles!

M a X , what a great job especially by hand. Love the last photo, the way the lens flare created that sparkle in the headlight. Nice reflections in the paint.

Nice 50/50 photo of the trim, too.

            Thanks guys!

After this weekend I have realized my next purchase will be an orbital polisher.

              Nice work, M a X!

Who says you don't need to do anything to a brand new car? Less than 200 miles on the clock and already this:

Not to mention the fact that you gained clarity and gloss overall. The car looks beautiful after getting the M a X Care Treatment!

That is some dirty clay. Just like Mike said, even brand new vehicles need a good claying.

                  The neighborhood looks real nice.

                    Thanks again guys.

About the neighborhood, it is called Irene Farm Village (guess you noted this was in South Africa). It is basically an upmarket estate with wild life running around the place. Its not strange to go out at night and find a buck chewing on the roses LOL. Unfortunately its my parents' place but we will be looking at buying there real soon!
