    1998 Ford F-7000.

This is part of a landscaping fleet I service just before the start of spring.

    Before:

I foamed & washed the truck down with 8oz of Super Soap.
Tires/wells were cleaned with Super Degreaser.
All lower painted panels were given a Tarminator treatment.
All painted surfaces were clayed with blue clay using ONR as clay lube.

    Tar bleeding out:

The paint was one stepped with D301 Finishing Wax & several LC green pads via PCXP.

The paint looked decent after the wash/clay but I was able to pull a lot of dirt out of the finish using the D301.

Keep in mind these are work trucks and a one step or cleaner/wax fits the bill.

The bed was waxed/sealed with Synthetic X-Press Spray Wax.
    Tires/mudflaps dressed with #40 - Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner.
All glass got cleaned with Glass Cleaner Concentrate 10:1.
All chrome trim was polished with the new
    All Metal Polish.

    Great job again Nick!

Amazing how a work truck can still have such a nice finish.

Looks excellent, Nick! Do they fight over who gets to drive the clean truck until they're all done?

Nice job, Nick. I see the step ladder, can't be fun!

Not that I'm familiar with F-7000's...
              Sides hinged?....cool

Do they use it for salt in the winter? Great condition if they do.

Did you use a paint roller to put the M40 on the tires?

                  Thank you Joe!

These trucks do not get to stay looking nice for long since they are put to actual work. I have seen them in service once in a while in the subdivisions I have clients in.

He actually has a couple from the early 90s that are rusted out and not worth doing.

                  Thank you!

I do too as it is a more interesting sort of detailing.

                  Thank you Dave & Sal!

I do not know whether or not it has seen road salt or snow but I would imagine it may have over the course of thirteen years in service. I will ask as I have to see this client tomorrow and I am interested myself.

I used a larger microfiber applicator pad on the tires to apply M40.
