Dust up easy clean

I drove on a gravel road Thursday and decided I could handle this easy clean-up task. Tuck91 laughed when I said I'd bring my car over to get my engine compartment cleaned. Motivated by that laughter, still cold outside and looking for a quick job, I did the easy part. So Nick I still may come over some day for a real cleaning.

Engine Compartment

• Meguiar's All Purpose Cleaner Plus - all surfaces
• Meguiar's Ultimate Protectant - engine covers and wiper cowl.
• Meguiar's M40 Vinyl and Rubber Conditioner - rubber gaskets
• Meguiar's Cleaner Wax - wiper metals

Dashboard

• Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer - microfiber wipe down
• Meguiar's Natural Shine - pad rub in, microfiber wipe off

What was the process like? How long did it took you to do just the engine? Did you cover any items during engine clean-up? Did you use the hose or ...?
Looking at your nice and clean engine makes me to do on my car... 99 ES300..

Aw c'mon....where's the motor? Thought they had hoses, wires, pipes and all that stuff.....that's not fair!

Please note some of my posts may contain humor or sarcasm...

I said EASY....I just cleaned the engine covers. Only my neighbor to the east Mr. Tucker would, could and should clean my engine, but he laughs when I suggest it. It's like he expects me to learn to clean my own engine...not!

it's a hybrid and I'm afraid of all that electricity!!
