  • 2007 Lexus LS460

    Recently completed this LS460.

76k miles and needed to be cleaned up to get ready for sale.

Just a one step and the interior needed the most attention anyway.

    Befores:

I foamed the car with 5oz of 3D Wash & Wax plus some ONR as well.
Wheels, tires, & wells were cleaned with PP 1:1 & All Purpose Cleaner.
The car was rinsed, then clayed with ONR & blue mild clay, then rinsed & dried.

The lower panels were cleaned free of tar with Tarminator.

The paint was one stepped with #66 - Quick Detailer (Cleaner/Wax) & my PC with LC green pads.

Tires/wells dressed with All Season Dressing.
Glass cleaned with Glass Cleaner Concentrate 10:1.
All chrome trim was polished with Hot Rims Chrome Polish.

The engine bay was wiped clean with ONR & dressed with #40 - Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner.

Interior needed a bit of work as well.

    Befores:

The interior carpet was vacummed & spot treat with 3D Carpet Shampoo.
All interior surfaces were cleaned with All Purpose Cleaner.
Vinyl, leather, & wood was treated with Quik Interior Detailer.
Jambs were cleaned with 3D Waterless Car Wash.

That's got to be the most covered engine bay I've ever seen! I don't suppose you took any of the panels off? That would be an easy one.

          Thanks all!

          John,

Client did not request for me to service the engine bay, I just did a quick wipedown since I cannot help myself.
