2003 Ford Explorer, 76k miles.
Just a basic exterior detail, plus a good interior cleanup.
Truck is parked outside 24/7.
Befores:

I prepped & degreased the wheels, tires, wells, & frame with Super Degreaser, Wheel Brightener, & All Purpose Cleaner.
I then hit them with foam, agitated with various brushes, then finally rinsed.

While I was doing that I pulled the rubber mats from the interior along with all the rubber inserts. I foamed and scrubbed them as well.

The entire truck was then foamed with:
5oz of Super Soap.
3oz of Shampoo Plus.
2oz of ONR.
1oz of 3D Wash & Wax.
Wash media was a yellow Lowes bone sponge, a bug sponge for the lower trim & painted undersides, & several Meguiars white wash mitts.
Cleaned up some tar with Tarminator on the undersides after washing.

Looks much better after properly washing & rinsing:

Started the next day by getting all the gunk out of the shuts and jambs of the engine.
There was a lot becuase the truck is parked outside 24/7.
Wasnt getting paid to do the engine but it would bug me to just leave it there.
Vacummed all the leaves and gunk out of the cowl area.
While I was under the hood I wiped everything down with All Purpose Cleaner and terry cloth towels, followed by an ONR wipedown.
Dressed plastic trim & rubber seals with Hyper-Dressing 2:1 & #40 - Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner.
The underhood pad was brown, so I cleaned & conditioned it with several applications of Hot Shine Tire Foam
Its a far stretch from perfect but its the most I could do under here for the time I had.

I spent the next hour cleaning all the trunk & door jambs as they were caked up and filthy.
I pre soaked them with All Purpose Cleaner & a 50/50 Purple Power.
I then agitated them all with a paintbrush followed by an ONR rinse then towel dried.
All rubber seals recieved #40 - Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner.

Emptied out the interior, then did a dry brush & vac of all carpets & upholstery which took 90 mintes.
Before:

After:

The carpet was then given a light shampoo with 3D Carpet Shampoo.
Seats were given a light All Purpose Cleaner mist & terry cloth agitation. Although the driver seat was dry brushed and slammed with my hand until clouds of dust stopped lifting.
Carpet & upholstery was then given a wet cotton towel wipedown, then shop vac'd, & finally cotton towel dried..
All vinyl & plastic was cleaned with All Purpose Cleaner, terry towels, & various brushes. Then dressed with Quik Interior Detailer.
All vents & crevices were brushed out.
Glass was cleaned with Glass Cleaner Concentrate 10:1 & terry cloths.
Afters:

Seat looking much healthier after a cleaning.

I clayed the paint with ONR at clay lube ratio and Detailing Clay (Mild).
The exterior was given a one step with #66 - Quick Detailer (Cleaner/Wax) with an LC 5.5" green pad using my PC.
Tires & trim were dressed with All Season Dressing.
Wheelwells recieved a coat of Hyper-Dressing at 2:1
Wheels were sealed with Synthetic X-Press Spray Wax.
