Nicely done! Now hopefully they have a thorough knowledge on how to wash that new blue mirror of theirs! Or maybe they'll leave that up to you?

Id also like to know the paint readings. Im sure its still well within the limits since your knocking down the hills to match the valleys. Thanks in advance Joe

No I didn't take paint thickness readings. I gauged the thickness and how much to sand or not sand by how much orange peel had (or had not) been removed.

I have been doing this a very long time (over 25 years) and found constant readings is a waste of time. I'd only take readings if I suspect a panel isn't original or if I plan on pushing the film thickness down to it's absolute limits.
