  • 2005 Land Rover Freelander

This is a detail I did a few months back for a co-worker of mine. This is his wifes car that they were getting cleaned so they could sell it. (Hate those details)

Anyways, overall the LR was not in terrible shape. Just dirty. The interior was pretty much free of stains and the leather was in great shape. The only hassle was that they transport their four legged friend a lot, so there was short black hair everywhere!

    Process was as follows:

Wash- Super Soap and Megs mitt
    Bugs-Body Solvent
    Wheels-Wheel Brightener
    Tires/Wheelwells-Super Degreaser/Hyper Dressing
    Glass-Glass Concentrate
    Clay-Megs Mild/Last Touch
    Interior-APC+/Super Degreaser
    Trim-GC Trim Dressing
    LSP-Opti-Seal

    Here we go.

The steering wheel was pretty bad.

    Bottom clean, top untouched.

    And the afters:

    Thanks for looking.

    Nice work

I bet the owners were happy.

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Thanks, Yes they were happy. The first person that looked at it bought it so I guess I can take some credit for that...

        Great work as usual Bob.

I am confident the work you did on this vehicle sealed the deal for the new owners.

Beautiful! I love the color. My sister has a bright silver 2002 Freelander SE that I spent 2 days detailing at one point. Search "2002 Land Rover Freelander" and you'll see my thread about it, but good job all around!

I have only had my hands on one Land Rover.

Really nice vehicles and I hope I get another in the future.
