    2011 Ferrari 599 GTB GTO recieves a "New Vehicle Prep and Sealant" for it's new owner

    Stunning new 2011 Ferrari 599 GTB GTO receives a special treatment on this limited production exotic. My client had just taken delivery of this super car, and asked me to provide my services to correct and protect his beauty.........

    Let the work begin....

    Here is a list of the some the products and procedures used to perfom this service.

    2 Buckets for washing
    Meguiar's APC +
    Stoner Tarminator
    Stoner Xenit
    Clay Magic Blue Clay Bar
    Diamond's Blue Mist Spray and Gloss Enhancer
    Various Meguiar's and Lake Country Pads
    Meguiar's M205
    Meguiar's M21 Polymer Sealant
    Meguiar's Glass Cleaner Concentrate
    Stoner Trim Shine
    Meguiar's GC Trim Detailer
    Meguiars Exterior Trim Coating
    Meguiar's plush yellow MF towels
    SM Arnold Water Sprite
    Assorted Brushes




    Exterior proceedures

    - Vehicle recieves thorough inspection, any previous damage documented and before photo's taken
    - Wheels were prepped with Meguiar's Hot Rims wheel cleaner and cleaned up with various brushes
    - Tires were spritzed down and scrubbed with Meguiar's #39 Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner washed down
    - Wheel wells were spritzed down with Meguiar's APC + brushed and pressure washed
    - Complete soap down and rinse
    - Door jambs were cleaned up
    - Dried and air blow
    - Clay all sufaces
    - Paint inspected and measured
    - 1 Step Paint correction ( Meguiar's M205)
    - Inspection with Brinkman, and natural sunlight
    - Sealed with Meguiar's M21 Polymer Sealant
    - Door Jambs cleaned and sealed with Meguiar's M21
    - Wheels polished with and protected with Meguiar's M21
    - Wheel wells treated
    - Rubber and Plastics treated
    - Tires treated
    - Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed
    - Exhaust tips cleaned, polished and sealed
    - Photo's taken after job is completed to document results

    The Interior of this vehicle was exceptionally clean. Other than a light dusting and wipe down of all soft and hard surfaces, she was good to go.
    We did concentrate more on the exterior to correct various flaws known to come on new Ferrari models from the factory such a holograms and some fine hair line scratches...

          Damn that's a good looking vehicle! Great work.

          So what was the condition of the paint like? I hear Ferraris can be pretty swirled up from the factory.

                  Ferrari were actually the first to use it back in the early 60's with the release of the 250 GTO. It stands for "Gran Turismo Omologato" or Gran Turismo Homologated.

                  GTO's were originally produced by Ferrari specifically for racing in the FIA's Group 3 Grand Touring Car category. The rules stipulated that a minimum production of 100 cars in 12 consecutive months was required to allow homologation into the Group 3 category. So GTO's were originally just road-going race cars - sort of a loophole to allow Ferrari to race in Group 3.

                    Nice job!

                    Have any notice that most SUPERCARS do not have fog lights, including this one? Maybe they use the lower grill(s) area for brake and/or engine cooling.
