Not related to detailing, but lowering.

However, on the detailing side, after what seems like a month straight of rain here in So Cal, my car's finish is still looking great. I put 2 coats of NXT about 4-5 months ago and it seems to be holding up.

Looks nice lowered. I have always been a GM man, but I must admit Dodge has really done a great job on the Magnum and the Chrysler 300C.

The new Magnum will go down in history as a true American Classic. That is a beautiful example my friend
By the way did you take off the body side moldings? because i like it like that, it has very clean sharp lines, if you put some aftermarket wheels on it with that drop it would look sweet, like something Chip Foose designed.

Thanks guys. I've always been a Chevy guy myself. Went through high school and several years afterwards with a 71 Camaro. More recently I had a 94 Caprice with the Police Package, aka 9C1.

Yes, I completely debadged and demolded the car. It looks cleaner to me and changes the look quite a bit. I still haven't found any rims I like. Most of them look like they belong on an SUV. Foose designs some awesome wheels, but I'm not ready to spend that much yet.

Chip Foose does design some excellent wheels. Although I won't even bother asking "Household Six" (the wife) if I can drop the cash on a set of four...I know what the answer will be

Looks good and really helps with the stance and appearance of your R/T. Which lowering kit did you use? Did you change your shocks? How big do you plan to go with the wheels? Did you have a mods on the 9c1?

I went with the Eibach Pro-Kit. The Sportlines lower the car even more, which would be too much in my opinion. There aren't any aftermarket struts and shocks for the Magnum yet, so I haven't upgraded those yet. I wouldn't go any bigger than 20" on the wheels and I want something that looks like it belongs on a car, not an SUV. Right now, that's kind of hard to find.

The 9C1 was lowered. I cut the front springs and put Impala SS springs in the rear. It actually had a really nice ride after that. Other than that I had the Force II Flowmaster exhaust and that was it. I was eventually going to get the chip reprogrammed and go with an aftermarket intake but ended up selling it.
