Forgive me Lord, for i have sinned. I havent hand washed my truck in a solid 2 to 3 months, with only 1 washing at a full service Lustra Shield about 2 wks ago. Ive been very busy working and doing other details so there unfortunately hasn't been any time for my truck except tonight, after dark. Anyway, listed below is products used and process etc.
I have been in ful blown harvest for the past month and ive seen a lot of gravel, corn dust, and general farm conditions on my truck. I have no befores, but the truck wasnt that bad, mainly dusty and some waterspotting etc. ON to my process
Process:
Pre Wash: APC+ on front bumpers, grille, headlights, windshield, front part of hood and front part of roof, including A pillars, fenders above headlights and lic. plate. to remove bugs
Wash: Meguiars Ult. Wash n Wax, 1 bucket method (2nd bucket split open), Grit Guard, sheeps wool mitt.
Wheels/Tires: Westleys Bleche Wite, Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner, tires not dressed
Drying: 2 Large MF drying towels with Ult. Quik Wax as drying aid.

Like i said, this was just a quick wash n spray wax to clean it up and get it looking decent. I will perform a full detail on it before winter with 205 and 2 actual coats of wax etc.
Not a detail im overly proud of but i felt i had to do something because it was making me sick seeing how filthy it was.
