Re: Porsche with ugly scuff
i mention in the list what i use as a detailer. not as painter or body shop.
the car was parked and left in the parking lot at airport, the client found it like in the first picture.
lucky , wasn`t any dent so no body work, just scratches and scuffs.
like i said the finish is not perfect because are few deep scratches that needs paint or body work , but are 95% better than initial because i wetsand them and buff most of it out.
the touch up paint is a line of 3in under the reflector/signal light. was use oem paint pen, and the line is right on the corner of the bumper /fender line that goes "around the wheel". everything else has the original paint. the repair pass 4 ft inspection.
everything on the scuff was paint transfer from the other vehicle or what ever hit it.
total work time 2 hours.
