Just went back to look back at this thread...i can't believe how many hits our first interior detail has had...pretty cool...so far this one is still the worst ...i think the only thing that could beat it is if someone had an airplane engine in the trunk lol

Yes, it's would sure be fun to work on something exotic. I'll never get a chance to work on anything more than a cheaper Mercedes or BMW. We just don't have many expensive cars in this neck of the woods. We spend more money on our pick-ups than our cars.

I like seeing the big turn arounds like the one you did, or the older vehicles that are well taken care of that are taken to a whole new level/restored by a pro detailer.

If you look at the bottom left hand corner of each post, there is a scales of justice icon. You simply click on it and type a comment. The system automatically allocates rep points.

I think the system may also allocate points based on your post count. I think 100 posts = 1 point.

Not too many people follow it, but it's fun to pay recognition when you see something out of the ordinary.
Oh ok I see now...never noticed before. Thanks!

Thats quite a compliment to say our work is out of the ordinary considering ALL the posts that are on here of peoples work, not to metion i see that you are the owner of DetailingDepot.ca I'm sure you've seen a lot of turn around so the fact you're so impressed really speaks volumes.

Now if we could just get MORE customers that would sure help because I love doing this and I REALLY love the dramatic turn arounds. I'm sure doing a nice 2010 Lambo would be fun...but its the beat up ones that really get me going because I can see right past what it is to what it can be.

I'm honestly not sure. I think it was an 02' or 03' but wont swear to it. As dirty as it was it coulda been an 1902 lol.

Thank you We wanted to do the exterior but whoever had repainted it before didnt do a great job..the hood was having clear start to crinkle up so he didnt want to put the money into having the exterior done...I wish he woudl have at least had us wash and wax it thou, no one will really want to see the beautiful interior if the exterior turns them off lol. It was SO DRY...it rained the day before we did it and the paint didnt bead...at all...anywhere. Ever see water on primer...well thats how the water looked on this paint...poor thing.

Thanks Bill. How do you give rep points anyway? I saw I had like 2 haha, I thought maybe you got them by making posts but I guess not. I can't even imagine what having an extractor would be like, but im happy with our little hoover
