This is a few pics from my detail on this beautiful 1986 911..
The owner is a regular customer of mine, he owned this car three years ago, and i did a detail on it then.
Since, he`s sold it, and now he just bought it back and wanted it to be polished and sealed for winter storage.
The car has 160000 kms on the odometer.
Fuchs wheels were not detailed, since they will be sent to refurbishing when winter comes.
No pics before was, i forgot
here`s after washing and drying
so, clayed and ready for correcting. -a few nicks on the driver door, moderate amount of swirls all around
all taped up. - i saw some clearcoat slipping close to edges elsewere, so decided to tape off all edges
swirl amount on hood
tried #83 on polishing pad, but it did`nt take out all the swirls. Some areas were buffed with #105 on polishing pad
gloss is coming on

So, this is what`s done:
Body Solvent
Rinse
Foamed via Kärcher and foam cannon w/ MG Shampoo Plus
Washed with Cobra wash mitt/ Shampoo Plus and Hyper Wash w/gritguard
Dried with 2 MG Watermagnets
Clayed with MG proffesional clay blue and Last Touch 1:1
Polished via rotary (MG83/MG105)
#40 on all exterior rubber and plastics + tires
MG #21 2,0 as LSP
