  • 2010 Black Pearl Honda Civic EX after UWW

Alright, so I washed my new car with UWW yesterday and snapped some pics today. There was a lot of dust where I had to park for work so I will have to hit it with some QD tomorrow. The tires were dressed with Supreme Shine.

I will let the pics speak for themsellves.

I dressed the interior with QID. As you can see, I have the All Season mats which are really nice. I also have the pinstripe .

The swirls seem very light and can only be seen in direct sunlight so I am thinking that either M205 or M09 might even take care of them. The paint is very soft. In fact, while drying the car after washing I watched as the WM's instilled these very light swirls. I was using as little pressure as possible and it was still instilling these extremely light swirls. I have to fined some time to detail this car and then I will post a write-up for that.

    Thanks for looking.

Congrats on your new car! Looking really nice but I think I'd rather have the Mini!

Good luck with the BLACK paint!

Yeah, the black paint will be a challenge to say the least especially since I feel this paint is very easily swirled. I will just have to less with less than swirl free which I don't really mind. As long as it is at 75% swirl free I am pleased as it is a daily driver.

The MINI was good but there was just no room to it. I like that this car is a little bigger and is a lot quieter engine wise.

^^ I agree I would like the mini as well!

Seems like you need to hit it with 205 already lol! Some minor swirls I see.

I love the 8th gen civics! They look great. Any plans in terms of modding it?

I kinda like it. lol. no but seriously, it looks great. I decided the other day that i wish my car was white. So i could do a black and white combo Ur mini was a 2008 right? How many miles did u have on her? And did u buy the mini new? I plan on keeping my 08' til its totaled or hits 200,000 lol.

This is the car that I will keep until it disintegrates.

I bought the MINI Certified Pre-Owned 2 years ago and she had 19567 miles I believe.
