  • 2003 Corvette Convert. Quick clean up.

This vehicle belongs to my Fiance's Step-Dad. He just bought it about 3 weeks ago. The car is very low mileage, and is in great condition. He offered me to take it to Woodward Ave for the Dream Cruise, so I cleaned it up a bit. Since I am unable to go on Saturday, I decided to go Thursday. Even though the official cruise is on a Saturday every year, Woodward Ave is buzzin with cool cars all summer. The week leading up to it is always a great time.

For those that have never heard of it, here is a quick rundown on wiki:

After an ONR wash, tires dressed, and the interior cleaned up:

After 52 miles we were about to turn onto legendary Woodward Ave...

Large Jeep XJ. Makes me miss my old one.

This picture doesn't show it, but this Camaro was truly perfect. I didn't see a swirl anywhere, the exhaust note was perfect, and the wheel/tire combo was stunning.

An insanely nice Mopar. I cruised next to this couple for about 5 miles or so.

My Fiance didn't take a whole lot of pics, as we were too busy enjoying the cruise.

I missed it. I even went back and reread the thread. I guess I wasn't really paying attention until I saw the 3550 MI on the odo.

It difficult to fathom how someone could buy a car like that and then not like it. I'm glad it's not sitting in a garage any longer.

How did you like driving it Golden? What do you normally drive?

I drive a 2008 Cobalt daily. I am no stranger to fast cars, though. Been around them all my life. This Corvette has enough power to have fun with, looks great, handles very well, and the open air....I love it.

Very nice Corvette. Too bad for the previous owner who did not enjoyed driving it.

One of my customer have a 2003 Convertible Anniversary Edition. I hope to detail it soon.
