Hey guys, This is my moms 1992 Mazda Protege that I washed and quick waxed.
I realized I haven't posted anything in the "Show off your latest detail" category so why not start with something simple.

I wanted to use up some of my older stuff today so a lot of non meguiars stuff was used

    PROCESS:

-Wheels were cleaned with Black Magic wheel cleaner and dressed with armor all tire gel ( I didn't touch the wheel wells )
    - I pretreated the bird dropping with turtle wax bug and tar remover
-Two Bucket wash with grit gaurds and GC car wash
-Then I dried the car and used Eagle ones Nano wax (spray) to boost the previous wax that was already on the car.
-Windows were cleaned with nxt window cleaner
-Silicon free dressing was used on the black trim
-Door jams were not dirty so I just touch them up with Quick detailer

It got dark on me while I was washing so the after pictures are darker than the befores (sorry if there misleading in any way) , The paint is in great condition except for light swirls and random light scratches.

    Before:

    Bird attack

    Afters

I put a coat of Gold class wax on just over a month ago so I just used a spray wax to boost the gold class

My mom likes the high gloss look

Looks pretty good for a 18 year old car with original paint

And there's no better way to finish off ....

    Thanks for looking guys

Holy smoke.....I don't believe there's another '92 Protege out on the roads of Canada.....or America that is in as good of a condition as your moms!!!

      Exellent work!

It is pretty mint. I don't see any rock chips. It must be nice to live is Canadian city that doesn't spread gravel on the road 6 months out of the year.

Unbelievable condition for being on the road for 18 years!! Very nice job.
