Just got back from vacation in Bend, Oregon visiting my son and daughter-in-law. Although we did not get any rain on the entire drive, we did encounter the beasty bugs that California and Oregon so graciously had to offer. With that said, it was time to get after my truck and get it cleaned up a bit.
2000 Toyota Tundra with 73k miles on the cruise-o-meter.

The entire trip put on little over 2400 miles there and back.

It was cloudy Friday when I started the project and believe it or not BELOW 100 degrees. Although I have taken exceptional care of this truck since new, I was going to give a good going over using various Meguiar's products.
Process:
Engine:
Although mainly dusty, I hosed down the compartment lightly with soft water and took APC with a couple of brushes, MF towels, Meguiar's Gold Class Soap and got after it. The main concern was cleaning the bugs from the tranny and A/C condensors and front support areas. Normally, I use a bug screen to prevent bugs clogging these areas but obviously didn't this trip.
I do not use (and never have) any kind of dressing on either the engine or interior. I prefer to leave it as original as possible.
BEFORE:

For those who remember, could this be "Mothman"?

Couple of the critters got by everything and ended up here.

AFTER:

I then moved on to the undercarriage. I didn't get before pictures but it wasn't really all that bad so nothing missing here.
I got out the creepy crawler and grab some APC, bucket of Gold Class soap, brushes, MF mitt and hose and got TOTALLY DRENCHED. No dressing here except on the back side of the tires because they had that awful looking brown showing. Used HD on those.

After I was all done, something just didn't seem right. Broke out the Meguiar's HOT RIMS MAG AND ALUMINUM POLISH and polished up the exhaust PIPES (not the tips). Yeah baby, that's the ticket!

Changed clothes and on to cleaning up the interior.
Process:
Vacuum. Dry brush and vacuum again. General wipe down of dash, gauges and panels with APC and MF towels followed by another general wipe down with soft water and MF towels.
BEFORE:

AFTER:

And of course had to throw out my business letters....

That pretty much completed my work on Friday. Today (Saturday), I stareted the exterior.
PROCESS:
Wash with Meguiar's Gold Class Car Wash using the double bucket w/grit guards
Clay with Meguiar's mild clay
M205 X1 with G110V2 and polishing pad
M21 Synthetic Sealant with finishing pad X1
NXT Tech Wax 2.0 w/finishing pad X2
Glass polished with M21 Synthetic Sealant and cleaned with NXT Glass Cleaner.
Wheels sealed with M21 and NXT Tech Wax 2.0
Tires dress with HD 4:1
Headlights polished with M205, M21 and NXT wax using the G100 3" backing and pads.
