Darned Orange peel, my eye is so sensitive to it. I looked at the new Corvette's (2005's) and the peel was horrible 
The black ones were miserable and 55K to boot! I think the Germans have paint figured out though. I haven't seen a Mercedes, Audi, BMW or VW that didn't look great regardless of price. Your Audi has a very minimal amount of peel compared to any american and most Japanese cars in that price range. Black always shows it more too. Don't sweat it man. If I had an A6, the only part of it I would ever see is the inside because I'd be driving it as much as possible
