  • Morning Mist???

    Hi Guys and Gals

I know Meguiar's repell water... But Morning Mist???
This is something you have to tell customers...
Please don't charge us more because it does on more great thing!!
    JOKE, JOKE, JOKE!!

on to the pictures of morning mist!!
I cleaned the car 5 days ago and waxed with gold class wax
then 3 days ago I cleaned it with UQD...
    and those works wonder!!

If I were not installing this, I wouldn't have my car parked outside the garage. and I wouldn't see those great pictures.

Thats the outcome, Meguiar's + Thule + VW!!
Car still have light swirls, but it is silver... so i would live with it until I get the buff daddy or G220... if I can get it cheaper... wink wink Meguiar's.

Thanks for looking. and here comes question.

I used RainX cleaner and repeller to clean the glass.
and then I used UQD to clean tree pollens...

now water flies off like crazy. but when I use wiper, it films up lightly.
Is it normal for RainX or Is it normal for UQD?
or is it just because I used both?
    or just old wiper blade?
But when I use the wiper blade 6days ago, it wiped clean with nothing on the wind shield.

    Thanks for answering.

I think that it is from Rain X I have had film on the window and wiper chatter due to Rain X I have not used it since

While we can't speak directly to any potential issues with RainX, in and of itself RainX should not be the problem. Now, if it was applied incorrectly then it might cause some issues, but that can be said of virtually any product. It is also possible that UQD and RainX don't like each other, but we kind of doubt that. It really just sounds like you might not have gotten any excess residue of one or both products fully off the glass.

I've found that claying the windshield followed by M83 on a green pad works much better than RainX, without the film. Water disperses at a much slower speed than with RainX as well.
