Here are few pictures of a 2005 Ducati 999R, highly modified yet subtly enhanced to maintain a factory appearance. This 999R took top honors in the Ducati Superbike Concorso event at Road Atlanta in the "Best Modified Ducati Superbike" category two years ago.
I was pretty proud of that achievement as I have sourced all the exotic bits and built this bike to the current level from a new, stock 999R for the owner.
I am also responsible for detailing as well which is quite minimal for the most part as it's kept in a climate controlled garage and rain avoided if possible.
Normally a wipe down with SSD or "Protect-All spray as a quick cleaner wax is all that is required. Any spot defects are managed with M105/M205 and DA polisher and then hand applied M7 Show Car Glaze and M21 Synthetic Sealant.
Cheers.
