The car is a 2000 Toyota Corolla that has never been detailed and very rarely cleaned. Owner is a smoker and a coffee drinker! I scrubbed all interior plastic with degreaser at 1:10 and a sponge, using the rough side to scrub dirt/nicotine & tar from textured plastic, soft side to wipe down. I actually used the 2 bucket method for this interior,
, with a 1 gallon mix of degreaser and a bucket of clean water, which turned very nasty very quickly. Ultimate protectant on dash. Seats, carpet, and misc. upholstery were cleaned with Quik Out foam aerosol spray. Glass cleaned with Concentrate, and I sprayed Odor Eliminator (m23) which in combination with the Quik Out scent really helped eliminate the thick smoke scent. I took some of the "afters" before I did a final wipe-down/inspection so ignore any left over dust.
Befores:
Door handle, all 4 were like this. I let degreaser mixture sit before attacking with sponge. Note dirt in textured plastic armrest.

Befores, notice yellowing all over fabric, also on other seats and headrests:

Afters:

Thanks for looking, I'll be revisiting this car with steam soon.
