So here's the second of the two, (see http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42460) this one was the same deal as before. The car inside and out was in good shape; no major defects to attack. However, the paint was rough and needed a good cleaning and polishing, and all surfaces in and out needed to be protected for summer as requested by customer.
I did the interior first on this one. All upholstery vacuumed, front carpets were shampooed, mats/pedals/doors wiped with APC (4:1 and 10:1 as needed). Used GC Leather Cleaner & Conditioner on leather seats and all other trim leather. Door jams wiped with Last Touch (1:1!); all hard surfaces dressed with Ultimate Protectant. Here are before/ afters; then some afters:

Wheels/wheel wells cleaned with APC + at 4:1; tires cleaned with degreaser. Tires dressed with All-Season Dressing. Before/afters of front driver's side; and front passenger's side:

Here's a pre-wash picture:

Washed with Hyper-Wash in foam gun and and my 3 bucket method
. I clayed only the hood, the roof, and the trunk lid; the rest of the vehicle was in good shape. Then it was on to polishing, all by D/A. I had a new bottle of D151 (Paint Reconditioning Cream) that I have yet to try and I thought this was a good test. There were some swirls in spots, but not deep and not widespread. The white was almost creamy at first, and the D151 really helped bring it to a lighter shade, where it should be. I was pleased with how the D151 worked, went on smoothly and came off very easily.
Here's a shot of the trunk lid: I put little boxes around every where there was a rust spot; since I wasn't able to get a very good picture of the rust. Clay took off most of the spots, and the D151 took off the rest:

Ultimate Protectant used on mirror plastic and wiper cowl...love this stuff!!!

I did a minor headlight restoration using a polishing pad and 105; followed by PlastX by hand. These lights were easy to work on since they seemed huge to me:

I cleaned dual exhaust tips with steel wool, then polished with Never Dull:

And a few final shots:

Thanks for looking!
