Motorcycles have some hard-to-reach areas, that`s for sure.

I used #7 On top of NXT 2.0 and loved it. I just got a bottle of #26 so next time around the Trans Am get that treatment. Pics look killer!

The 7/26 one-two punch has been around for decades and there are still a lot of people who feel it to be the best way to get a show car shine. And with the results you got, who are we to argue???

            thanks!
I haven`t used #26 before, been sticking to GC, 21 and NXT. Will be keeping #26on the shelf from now on!

I thought the Merc looked so good, I had to put some on my own car today, even though it was detailed with 2 coats of #21 last week

#7 works wonders on MB paint, I spent some time on mine the other week with #7 too.

              Great job!

it`s funny you mentioned MB paint.. I did poished this car just 4-5 months ago. -And it`s the hardest paint I have ever worked on.

But it really liked the #7

What year is the E class? In '03 they introduced the CeramiClear ceramic clear coat which made polishing much harder if not using something like Menzerna's SIP.

In my case, I have an '00 and it swirls TOO easily. I swear the first time I wash after a polish it swirls up again, even though I use all microfiber, grit guards, etc. Crazy!

Think this is a 2004. Ceramic paint for sure.
Did a 2004 BMW the same week and it was a dream in comparison.

Really? I've always hear BMW paint was hard as nails... interesting input! Maybe then MB's CeramiClear is harder than BMW?

Well, Beemers tend to have hard paint, in my experience.
But this spesific Benz was just crazy. -The owner told me that the car had been sealed with Ditec earlier, might be some left-overs are giving me headaches...

Ditec is a popular 12-month sealing-product which is populare here, don`t know if you have any of it in the US. (I hope for your sake you don`t)
