  • 5 minutes with UC

Had a little bit of free time and decided to mess around with Meguiars Ultimate Compound on my oxidized sides mirrors.

Great job! Are your gonna try UP on it?

NXT or Gold Class would probably be a better alternative to UP. UP is meant more for plastics like the type his mirror is connecting to his car with (those types don't really oxidize) but the mirror was oxidized and the UC cut it off and so a good coat of NXT or GC should make it look better and protect it as well.

btw great work on the mirror. what a drastic difference!

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

      I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
      Remove swirls my friends.

Big difference on that mirror. Looks great!
There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?

Wow! Did you do that by hand? I wasn't sure if it would do much, but look what happened - great stuff!

Great job on the mirror. What a improvement.
