Here is another F-250 I detailed today, for the last ten years it has been used in the winter as a plow truck and just a work truck in general. There are over two dozen dents and dings on this truck and the tailgate and side fender have huge dents in them. it has over 168k on the odometer as well.
The goal of this detail was to remove most of the oxidation so that any wax or paint sealant I applied would bond to the paint and offer some protection for the rest of the truck's life. The paint was extremly swirled out but I didnt go after the swirl marks at all since correction is not worth doing on a truck like this and I was not getting paid to do that.
Befores:

During:
Wash wheels, tires, wheelwells, and tire tread with Wheel Brightener, Super Degreaser, All Purpose Cleaner, and various brushes:

ADS foaming sprayer:

Washed the truck with Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner and an old microfiber wash mitt, I used more soap than necessary to see if I could scrub a few layers of the oxidation off. I also let the soap dwell so it could gorge the paint a little.

I then clayed the paint very heavily with Detailing Clay (Aggressive) and Last Touch Spray Detailer. I then machine cleaned the paint with #66 - Quick Detailer (Cleaner/Wax), several W8207 pads via my PC at speed 5. I then followed that with a hand applied coat of #20 - Polymer Sealant one hour later.
Wheelwells, trim, and tires were dressed with All Season Dressing, wheels were simply wiped down with Last Touch Spray Detailer . Chrome polished with Hot Rims Chrome Polish followed by a coat of #20 - Polymer Sealant. Glass was cleaned with NXT Generation Glass Cleaner and the plastic running boards were wiped down with Quik Interior Detailer.
Afters:

At least its a clean, shiny, and protected dent:
