    Nissan Micra 1.0 Sport

This is now car number 7 in the household, a 2001 Nissan Micra Sport in Pearl Black for my older sister to practice learning to drive in. It’s a 2001 with two previous owners and has a few marks and swirls. I wasn’t going for full correction just to try an improve the condition to get a bit more depth to the paint and was happy leaving the deeper defects. Please excuses the wheel trims ive been told they are being re-painted or replaced so only gave them a wash, also the interior and under bonnet are not yet finished.

    Process:
Interior – Vaccumed, Plastics wiped with APC

    Exterior-
    APC- for badges/gaps, etc.
Usual Wash 2BM, with Gold Class Shampoo and Washmitts
Clay – Megs Smooth Surface Clay
Correction – DA and Megs #80/#83 in places with polishing pads
    Polished with AG SRP
    Waxed with Collinite 476s
Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax to finish

Tyres had a few coats of Hot Shine tyre dressing
    Trim – Trim Detailer
Windows - Rain-X Foaming Glass Cleaner.

    No Wash Pictures

    Thanx

Interesting little car. I've never seen one before. Nice job!

        Looking much better, mate.

All these K cars do look similar

(apologize for thread jacking; just wanted to show the similarities between some of the K-cars here)

Many thanks for the comments, yes its quite similar, very rounded and bubbly so small compared to newer hatchbacks and a doddle to drive visability wise, think we have those over here, is it a Perodua Kelisa?

Yes it its! Very easy to drive in the city but I get quite intimidated driving around those big SUVs and pickup here. LOL

Again, good work on the Micra (March). Bet your sister was happy to see it.

The motorway drive back around 60 miles proved this car is not cut out for 60-70mph runs, feels so very different to my Renault Clio. She has a mini in the garage (classic) but parents dont want here using it due to safety reasons, im sure when shes had a drive she will be like it, drives suprisingly nicely.
