  • Dodge Cornet...

Here’s a Dodge Cornet we finished a while ago, but I forgot to post up the pictures L I didn’t really care for it too much when we first got it, but it grew on me and I really like it now!

            Thanks guys!

I really wasn't too big on this car at first, but the longer I had it, the more it grew on me. Really like it now

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Very nice work, that is one tough looking Mopar. I have to be that guy... it's Coronet, with two O's. A Cornet is something completely different.

That, boys and girls, is a cross-ram 426 Max Wedge under the hood. The bad a$$ factory version was a 13.5:1 solid-lifter cam monster. Big piston to wall clearance, wild exhaust manifolds, etc... oh baby.

That Coronet is a '65, and 1964 was the last year of that motor. In 1965 the factory racers had A-990 cars.

                  Here's my Dad's '65 Coronet 500.
