I worked on this car back in Summer 2009 and didn't have the chance to post the writeup.
When I worked on it the car was almost 3-year old and always parked outside. The car continues sleeping outside until this day. The owners and I agreed that going all out was not in their best interest and I aimed at roughly 80% correction to preserve as much clear coat as possible.
The paint had been neglected and had a TON of swirls, some deeper scratches, numerous bird dropping etching (some bird bombs were still on the paint too). The car is washed maybe once every 2-3 months if that. It's never waxed either.
The interior was disastrous. The owners have two small dogs and dog hair was everywhere. The tan leather seats were stiff and dirty with black stains, dog hair, etc. There are worn spots on the piping as well. The owners wanted me to restore the leather seats to as close to new as possible so Leatherique came out to the rescue.
All carpets and floormats had to be deep-cleaned with Bissell LGM. All other leather parts were cleaned with Leatherique Prestine Clean including the steering wheel and door panels. All other interior parts were wiped down with diluted Meg's APC+.
The car came out better than I expected and the owners were FLOORED when they picked up the car.
I spent about 20 hours working on the car in 3 days plus 10 hours of baking the car under the sun so Rejuvenator Oil can work its magic.
The tools and products used:
Makita rotary buffer and PC
Assorted Lake Country 6.5" and 4" foam pads
Laitner Power Brush
Assorted brushes and MF towels
Bissell Little Green Machine
Prima Swirl, Amigo, Epic and Banana Gloss for added depth
Meguiar's Mild Clay, Last Touch, APC+, All Metal Polysh, Hyper Dressing
Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil and Prestine Clean

The seats regained much of their softness and felt almost buttery.
